Nathan's Story

Nathan has enjoyed reading for the majority of his life and started with books like Magic Tree House books. As Nathan's love for reading has grown, his “classics” included books such as The Hobbit, and C. S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia.

Nathan’s passion for reading, Dungeons and Dragons (D&D), and the theater, prompted him to be a storyteller which transitioned to being a writer. During his sophomore year of high school, Nathan began his first story and made a promise, to himself, to become published before he graduated from college. While this first endeavor was not completed, this experience taught Nathan about the writing process and the importance of perseverance. He has experimented with many short stories and novels since his first writing attempt and has continued to persevere. After four years, Nathan has finally completed his first book, A War for Time, and looks forward to writing many more in the future.

While Nathan attends college, he continues to be an avid reader who enjoys reading fantasy fiction including J. R. R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy, and almost anything written by Brandon Sanderson. His favorite book continues to evolve as he reads more.

When not writing, reading, or studying for school, Nathan enjoys watching and rating movies/televising shows, playing video games, playing D&D with friends, and performing in local theater productions.
